- Can we book a stay of less than 7 days on a pitch?
We do not take reservations for less than 7 days. We ask that you call us a few days before your arrival so that we can hold a spot for you. We will ask that you arrive before 6pm.
- Do you accept dogs?
Oh yes, our 4-legged friends are welcome in our campsite. They have access to a very beautiful walk behind the campsite and to 2 hectares along the river to let off steam. We are referenced on the website remuetonchien.com .
They benefit from free parking, in low and mid season, for 1 dog (+ €3.50/day/additional dog).
For accommodation, the rate is €4.50/day/dog.
- Do you have a dump point for motorhomes?
A grey water disposal point is available to you, as well as a chemical toilet disposal point.
3 star services
- Do you offer a bakery service?
Breads and pastries are available from 8 a.m. at reception without reservation.
- Do you have a grocery store?
We offer emergency assistance at reception: drinks, wines, ice creams, gas bottles and basic necessities.
- Can we eat?
On site, you will find a restaurant, with traditional and gourmet recipes that will delight you with their fresh and sunny cuisine. Open 7 days a week except Monday for lunch and dinner.
- Can I charge my electric vehicle?
2 charging stations for your electric vehicles are available to you from the Wallbox brand.
- Do you have a swimming pool? Can we swim in the river?
We do not have a swimming pool in the campsite and we are delighted! This ensures you a peaceful stay.
The Sorgue is a wild river, you can cool off in the water at 13° but it is officially forbidden to swim there.
Access to our campsite
- Are you far from the city center?
We are located 1.5km from the city center. To get there on foot or by bike, you have to walk for 400 meters on the departmental road then take the bridge on the right to walk on a small road along the Sorgue for 20 minutes.
Our shuttle also takes you there free of charge on market days, Thursday and Sunday, with a departure at 9:30 a.m. and a return at 11:30 a.m.
- Are there buses to visit the surrounding area?
There are a few buses that run to the surrounding villages and to Avignon. You will need to go to the city center for the first bus stop.
- We are coming on foot, is it possible to pick us up at the station?
Yes, please call us a few days before your arrival so that we can pick you up and drop you off on the day of your departure.
- Is it possible to arrive late?
The reception is open until 7pm and then a guard is there to welcome you until 10:30pm. A bell is located at the reception so that he can welcome you.
Rates / Payment methods
- Do you accept ACSI card?
Yes, we accept the ACSI card at the rate of €23 + €2 tourist tax.
- Can we pay with holiday vouchers and ANCV connect?
Yes, we accept holiday vouchers and ANCV connect.
- Do you accept VACAF vouchers?
We do not accept VACAF vouchers.
Mobile home rental
- Do I need to bring sheets and towels?
The rental of sheets and towels is not included in your reservation. We advise you to bring them or you can rent them by notifying us before your arrival.
Duvets and pillows are provided in the accommodation.
- What time can we arrive? And leave?
Your accommodation is available from 3pm, but it is possible to arrive before if your rental is already ready. Please contact us to verify this information.
You must vacate your accommodation by 10am. If your accommodation is not taken back, we can offer you a departure until 12pm.
- What style of coffee machine is found in mobile homes?
They are all equipped with filter machines.
- Are the accommodations air-conditioned?
Only the “CIGALE”, “OLIVE” and “ROMARIN” mobile homes are equipped with air conditioning and TV.
